Whether you have an interest in becoming a yoga teacher, have a desire to deepen your understanding and knowledge of your yoga practice, or want to know exactly what is happening in your body while you are also releasing the mind in meditation or any yoga pose, Samantha and Alexis host Yoga Teacher Training Programs to help you answer these questions.
The program is a registered yoga school with Yoga Alliance, led by your favorite Orange County teachers, who have been registered with Yoga Alliance at the ERYTÂ 200 and ERYT 500 level.
Our next training starts January 26th and will go for 15 weeks, ending May 7th.
Come to our information session at Deep Dog Yoga on either Wednesday, December 8, 2010 or Wednesday, January 12th from 7-9pm for a free 45 min yoga class and Q&A to follow!
