We teach a Hatha yoga blend that merges pranayama (breathwork), asana (posture), and dhyana (meditation). Branching from the Krishnamacharya lineage, our style is a derivative of Ashtanga, known as vinyasa flow. Our teachers span across different disciplines, in which we integrate what we feel are our favorite paths to the source. Shanti Shanti Yoga School follows and practices the teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. We believe that not one path is correct but that all paths bringing the mind to stillness are sacred and to be revered.
